Return Policy

30-Day Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resellable condition with all included hardware and documentation.

Restocking Fee

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price, deducted from your refund. Returns caused by our error (wrong or defective item shipped) are never charged a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

• Special order items — parts ordered specifically for you are final sale
• Items that have been installed, used, or modified
• Electrical and electronic components once opened
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions. Please don’t ship anything back before receiving them — unapproved returns can’t be processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error. We recommend a trackable shipping method; we aren’t responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
