Orders & Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before shipment. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability; if an item is out of stock we’ll contact you with options.

Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees — see our shipping information page for details on carriers, cutoff times, and transit.

Returns

Returns are governed by our return policy: 30-day returns on new, unused items, with special order items final sale.

Fitment & Installation

Vehicle fitment information is provided as a guide. You are responsible for confirming a part fits your vehicle before installation — contact us if you’re unsure. Many performance parts require professional installation; damage caused by improper installation is not covered.

Warranties

Products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty, where offered. We’ll help you start a warranty claim with the manufacturer, but warranty terms, coverage, and remedies are set by the manufacturer.

Off-Road / Competition Use

Some products are intended for off-road or competition use only and may not be street legal in your state. It is your responsibility to know and comply with local laws before purchasing and installing such parts.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boxer Division is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
